What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Team - Seasonal position at Saco River Family Camping?
Saco River Family Camping is now hiring for the 2026 season! We’re looking for high-energy, positive team members to join our Guest Services crew. This is your opportunity to work in a fun, outdoor environment where every day is about making someone’s vacation great.
As part of the Guest Services team, you'll have the opportunity to work across several departments:
- Welcome and check in guests at the front desk
- Assist with phone and online reservations
- Support retail store operations
- Provide light housekeeping assistance
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the campground
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work four 8-hour shifts per week
- Valid driver’s license required
