What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern position at SACO AEI Polymers?
This internship is a great opportunity for students interested in chemistry, materials science, or other physical science fields to gain real-world exposure to the polymer manufacturing industry while working alongside our Research & Development team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Intern will provide a wide variety of support in our R&D Lab, which may include:
• Organizing lab materials and samples
• Assisting with general testing and technical tasks
• Supporting data collection and documentation
• Helping with administrative and laboratory upkeep
• Working with small-scale processing equipment and analytical instruments
What You Need To Succeed:
• High School Diploma required
• Preference for candidates who have completed at least one year toward a BS/BA in a science-related field and are currently enrolled
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Willingness to work hands-on in a lab environment with processing and analytical equipment
• Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to learn
