Zolman Restoration is seeking a Senior Sales and Business Developement Manager to join our team!
The Senior Sales and Business Development Manager will maintain a meaningful personal book of business, long term, while also building, leading, and holding accountable our Business Development team

Responsibilities
- Maintain a meaningful personal book of business, long term
- Build, lead, and hold our Business Development team accountable
Qualifications
- A proven track record as both a top producer and people leader
- Established commercial/institutional relationships and the ability to develop new ones
- Experience selling long-cycle, trust-based services where credibility, leadership, and responsiveness matter
- Strong storytelling and value articulation skills
- High growth drive balanced with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
