We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Support the kitchen staff by clearing away used dishes during service.
- Help with banquet setups and breakdowns as required for special events.
- Follow proper sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
- Participate in cleaning tasks beyond dishwashing, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is beneficial.
