You will meet with homeowners, understand their goals, develop pricing, and help guide projects from initial conversation to signed agreement. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify incoming leads
- Meet with homeowners to discuss project scope, goals, and budget
- Prepare high-level estimates for residential remodeling projects
- Follow up with prospects and help move opportunities toward close
- Support lead generation through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Work with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
- Maintain professionalism throughout the sales and estimating process
- Help build a steady pipeline of remodeling opportunities
- Experience in construction sales, remodeling and custom build sales, estimating, or a related field
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and working in an outside-sales role
- Ability to qualify leads and build trust with homeowners
- Residential construction knowledge preferred
- Experience with construction or estimating software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable laws
- Full-Time. W-2 employment
- Base salary range: $45,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and fit
- On-target earnings: $90,000 to $145,000
- Compensation structure: base salary plus commission
- Final offer will fall within the stated salary range. The commission structure will be defined at the offer.
