Responsibilities

• 2 years' experience in commercial construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ability to create comprehensive scopes of work
• Proficiency in performing take offs
• Experience with building project schedules a plus
• Experience with design/build projects and target value engineering
• Experience with Project budgeting and scheduling
• Knowledge of basic construction practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple bid packages simultaneously
• Ability to work with sensitive deadlines
• Ability to travel to site specific projects as needed
  
  

Experience

• Commercial Construction Project Experience
• Prefer a Degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Ability to work within a team environment, with upper management, and with subordinates.
• Experience with P6 a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Effective problem-solving skills, and ability to make time sensitive decisions.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
