About the Role:
The Panela Processing Associate for the 3rd shift plays a critical role in the production and quality assurance of panela, a traditional unrefined whole cane sugar product. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring processing equipment during overnight hours to ensure continuous and efficient production. The associate will work closely with the production team to maintain product standards, adhere to safety protocols, and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the shift. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot processing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
