What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal, Executive Compensation and Equity Analyst position at Sabre?
Are you a compensation strategist who thrives in the "gray space"? Do you look at complex data and see a story waiting to be told? At Sabre, we aren’t just looking for an administrator; we’re looking for a Principal level architect to own our executive rewards landscape.
This isn't a "follow the manual" type of role. We want a self-starter who views this position as a platform to build, innovate, and essentially write their own roadmap for professional growth. If you are ready to lead a Center of Excellence (COE) and influence the highest levels of a global tech leader, let’s talk.
The Opportunity
As a key pillar of our Global Total Rewards team, you will be the primary driver of executive compensation and equity strategy. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial goals and the engagement of our top leadership. Success here means moving beyond data entry to provide the data-driven insights that shape Sabre’s future.
What You’ll Do (And Own)
We offer the complexity of a global enterprise with the agility of a team that values fresh ideas. If you’re tired of being a cog in a machine and want to be the one who powers it, this is your next move.
