- Experience: 15–20 years of HR leadership, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Industry Savvy: A background in technology, airline, or travel industries is highly preferred.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to use advanced analytics to diagnose organizational trends and improve retention.
- Communication Mastery: The ability to build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders and drive organizational change through clear communication.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and a collaborative "winning" attitude.
