System Implementation and Integration
- Ensure proper, best-in-class architecture for all system integrations, data flows, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HRIS, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Compensation to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing and new systems/vendors.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for people technology HR Information technology aligned with organizational and IT objectives.
- Partner with HRIS and functional stakeholders to lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR and related technology systems and tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in HR technology to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary responsible for people technology platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices and governance frameworks.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues in a timely manner.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior IT and HR leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology advancements and prepare/educate team to plan changes accordingly.
- Lead change management efforts to adhere company standards for technology changes and ensure compliance for all HRIT & Integration audit asks.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual agreements.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain system compliance and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in HR technology management or related roles, with a solid understanding of HRIT, API integrations, and people technology platforms.
- Workday experience required.
- Proficiency with JSON, Workday Studio, Workday calculated fields, and Certification in Workday Integrations Core, Adaptive, Boomi/MuleSoft Preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a team of integrations developers.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR system implementations and optimizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
