Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support one of our government customers. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support to a team of Software Engineers while working closely with government personnel, military staff, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications to prepare and manage documents
- Greeting visitors and assisting with office coordination
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
- Editing and formatting briefs, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
- Managing media requests, including copying, creating, shipping, and tracking media assets
- Updating and maintaining program databases
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing packages
- Supporting day-to-day office and program operations as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- U.S. Citizenship required
