About the Chiropractic Clinic

Responsibilities
Daily Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the chiropractic clinic
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Support doctor and staff with administrative needs
Personal Injury (PI) Coordination:
- Handle PI patient documentation, treatment plans, and follow-ups
- Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and other medical offices
- Maintain accurate notes, forms, and lien documentation
Team Leadership:
- Supervise front and back office staff
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance support
- Maintain a positive, professional environment
Customer Service & Admin:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment reminders
- Track supplies and maintain an organized office
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or personal injury office
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer/EHR proficiency
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with personal injury cases (attorney communication, liens, etc.)
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of chiropractic or rehabilitative care
