We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right hand — a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a high-responsibility role that requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will handle both personal and professional responsibilities, represent the CEO when needed, and ensure smooth operations across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate multiple calendars, scheduling in-person and virtual (Teams/Zoom) meetings.
Serve as the CEO’s representative in select situations, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Handle both personal and professional tasks, from arranging travel to overseeing errands and vendor relationships.
Create and maintain detailed informational comparison spreadsheets for decision-making.
Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring deadlines are met without constant reminders.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Keep the CEO informed of critical developments when they are not present.
Be willing to handle tasks at all levels — from high-level reporting to hands-on problem solving.
3 years experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting C-level executives preferred).
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Strong spreadsheet creation and data comparison skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked.
Willingness to handle tasks of any scale — no job is “too big” or “too small.”

Competitive starting salary of $65,000 with semi-annual reviews and bonuses.
