What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Team Member position at Saber Services?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring they are free of debris and stains.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, and fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Perform routine inspections to identify areas that need attention.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm
