Project Coordinator
Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Saber Power Services seeks a Project Coordinator in Beaumont, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for time tracking, reporting, inspection documentation, and coordination of materials and subcontractors. This role ensures that field data is collected and recorded accurately and supports efficient communication between field teams, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Timekeeping & Reporting:
- Accurately complete, submit, and track employee timesheets and labor hours.
- Obtain approvals and maintain organized digital records.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for PM review and client submission.
Daily Reporting:
- Collect and input field data into daily report templates.
- Submit reports to the client and maintain organized internal records.
Project Tracking & Documentation:
- Maintain and update tracking tools (e.g., cable lists, schedules, calibration logs).
- Submit daily Notifications of Inspection (NOIs) as required.
- Track, review, and submit Inspection & Test Records (ITRs); generate torque records and checklists.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical ITR files.
Field & Inspection Support:
- Assist or witness field testing and inspections as needed.
- Support QA/QC teams with test reports and submittals.
Material & Subcontractor Coordination:
- Schedule and inspect material deliveries per the project timeline.
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling with Superintendent and PM.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role; experience with time management and project coordination strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
