Project Controls Specialist
Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. Saber Power Services is seeking a professional, dedicated individual with a positive outlook for an Operations Support Admin position in our Rosharon office.
JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the supervision of the Field Services Business Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Field Service management team with project take off, tracking projects, client requests, timekeeping, administrative functions and improving processes/procedures.
The Project Coordinator will perform a variety of technical, general and clerical administrative services. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner.
The Project Coordinator must also possess a solid knowledge of privacy record keeping laws, and have the integrity and discipline needed to ethically oversee and effectively maintain the confidentially of vital records.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Project management assistance
- Time reconciliation
- Project cost tracking
- Project completion reporting
- Gathering of project documentation (i.e., timesheets, expenses, invoices, etc.)
- Submission of badge requests, per diem documentation, etc. to clients
- Coordinate weekly project reviews with Field Service management
- Assist with creating change orders when appropriate
- Assist with creating callouts when appropriate
- Support Operations Coordinator with client time & equipment systems (i.e., TRACK, AES, CCM, CAMPS, MESCH, etc.)
- Audit work orders to ensure reports are sent out in a timely manner
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Must be able to always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
