The position will also include other data validation, processing and auditing related to deductions, transfers, terminations, status changes, increases, etc., as needed. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Communities and their staff. The Onboarding Specialist will ensure that employee records are accurately maintained in the HRIS system and follow all Federal and State requirements and internal HR policies.

Education/Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have two (2) or more years of payroll processing and/or HR-related experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and Word and be able to work within HRIS.
