Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at an automotive manufacturing facility near the Bell Road corridor in New Boston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and taking pride in keeping a busy facility clean, safe, and well maintained.

This position covers all aspects of custodial work, from routine cleaning to floor care using commercial equipment. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay on task, and consistently deliver quality results throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial cleaning throughout assigned areas, including trash removal, dusting, and surface cleaning
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility
• Perform floor care using an automatic floor scrubber
• Maintain cleaning equipment and follow established safety and cleaning procedures

Requirements

• Comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate an automatic floor scrubber
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour
