About the Role
The Manager Strategy and Analysis will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive high-priority strategic, operational and analytical initiatives across the organization. The role functions as an internal strategy and execution resource supporting the evaluation and implementation of projects designed to accelerate profitable growth and strengthen the Company’s competitive position. This position offers broad exposure to the company’s operations and strategy, including market expansion, product development, operational improvement, and evaluation of investments. This individual will conduct rigorous analysis, develop insights, and support the execution of value creating initiatives. The position is designed for a highly motivated professional seeking a dynamic environment with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on special projects addressing key operational, commercial, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing, analyzing and executing Company initiatives including geographic expansion, new product development, potential investments and other growth opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market, financial and operational analyses to assess the return from business opportunities and to inform management’s strategic planning and business development decisions.
- Work with functional leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and decision-making through more effective use of data and analytics.
- Synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Lead the development of materials used in board meetings, investor communications and strategic planning projects.
- Supervise engagements with external advisors including market research firms, marketing agencies, consultants, and other partners.
- Build and maintain tools that improve visibility into key value drivers.
- Support the CEO and CFO in developing financial analysis, performance dashboards and strategic and operational plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, finance, economics, engineering or a related analytical discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or in a corporate strategy role.
- Robust critical thinking and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, able to understand and convey both business and investment concepts.
- Highly organized, intellectually curious with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with operational or ERP data systems is preferred.
Pay range and compensation package

Salary : $135,000 - $180,000
