Now Hiring: Registered Nurses (RNs)

We are looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate RNs to join our fast-growing team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and communicate any changes in residents' clinical condition to the physician, nursing supervisor, and family.
• Complete all required documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers, following facility policies.
• Make daily resident rounds and ensure proper follow-up on care needs.

Qualifications:

• RN (in good standing).
• Long-term care experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• EMAR experience preferred.
• Must be able to work PM Shifts
