Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the PM shift
- Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records per facility policies
- Conduct daily rounds and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work every other weekend
