Saarman Construction is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to support the company’s brand presence and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media management, graphic design, digital marketing, and procurement of marketing materials. This role requires someone who can handle both creative marketing tasks and coordination with suppliers/vendors for company marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Assist in supporting the development of new business opportunities
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations when needed
- Help Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Support lead generation and networking activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Schedule and monitor social media postings and audience engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate project site photos/videos for marketing use
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design marketing and promotional materials such as:
- Social media graphics
- Flyers and brochures
- Tarpaulins and signages
- Company presentations
- Promotional giveaways and branding materials
- Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Source suppliers for marketing materials, printing, giveaways, uniforms, and event needs
- Request quotations and negotiate pricing with vendors
- Coordinate production, delivery schedules, and quality checking
- Monitor inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items
- Ensure timely processing of marketing procurement requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or social media management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in procurement or supplier coordination is an advantage
- Background in construction, engineering, or real estate industry is a plus
