Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage employees, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure quality control on all construction work, maintaining high standards.
- Coordinate and communicate all aspects of project management, including ASI's, RFI's, and material submittals.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure their scope of work is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are met and maintained.
- Resolve conflicts in construction progress and communicate with project teams for effective resolutions.
- Maintain daily updates of on-site activities.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Conduct site walk-throughs and preside over necessary meetings for work coordination.
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
- Coordinate project material submissions and maintain records.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization are maintained.
- Assist with hiring of sub-tier employees and maintain subcontractor compliance.
- Minimum three years of verifiable construction experience; relevant certifications preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and longitudinally traverse job sites including elevated structures.
- Construction site environment, with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
