hiring a Landscaping Technician for our Jacksonville communities. This is a hands-on, outdoor role – mowing,

trimming, and detail work – for someone who takes ownership of how our properties look every day.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a zero-turn mower to maintain turf across our Jacksonville communities.
• Perform string trimming, edging, hedge trimming, and blowing using gas-powered handheld equipment.
• Maintain a consistent biweekly service schedule across assigned properties.
• Keep landscaping equipment clean, fueled, and in safe working condition.
• Flag equipment issues, property landscaping concerns, or safety hazards to your supervisor.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper handling and storage of gas-

powered equipment.

What You Bring

• Zero-turn mower experience required – you can operate one confidently and safely.
• Experience with gas-powered landscaping equipment (string trimmer, edger, hedge trimmer, backpack

blower) preferred.

• Prior landscaping, lawn care, or turf maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between our Jacksonville communities.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., and handle physically demanding

work for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small, hands-on crew.

Nice to Have

• FDACS Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) license – a plus.
