Duties
- Manage and coordinate various park events, ensuring smooth operations and guest enjoyment
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries, directions, and support throughout their visit
- Handle cash transactions accurately at ticket booths, food stands, or retail outlets
- Ensure guest safety by monitoring areas as needed; lifeguard experience is a plus for water attractions
- Engage with guests through public speaking roles during shows or events to enhance their experience
- Assist with food service operations, including order taking and maintaining cleanliness in food areas
- Support guest services by managing queues, resolving conflicts amicably, and providing hospitality that exceeds expectations
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with team members across departments such as theater productions, resort activities, and special events involving children or families
Requirements
- Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or guest services preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is desirable
- Lifeguard certification or water safety experience is advantageous for water-related attractions
- Experience working with children or in family-oriented environments is a plus
- Public speaking skills for entertaining guests during shows or guided tours

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed in a resort or theme park setting
