Responsibilities -
- Take lead on complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom representation
- Conduct hearings and depositions
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with a team while managing independent caseloads
Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in complex civil litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes cases and first-chair trials. Deep knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Superior writing, oral advocacy, and research skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment. Professional, proactive, and ethical with sound judgment. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a sense of humor appreciated.
