Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MES Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Proficy MES to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional expert for MES solutions
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
- Translate business needs into MES functional specifications
- Validate MES design aligned with manufacturing best practices
- Analyze existing MES solutions, identify gaps, and provide solutions
- Configure and deploy Proficy MES functionalities
- Support production execution, work order management, material tracking, and genealogy
- Guide configuration of workflows, unit procedures, and data collection
- Lead UAT, define test cases, and support testing activities
- Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in MES Functional Consulting
- Hands-on expertise with Proficy MES
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
- Experience in UAT, testing, and deployment support
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in MES implementations or rollouts
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance analysis
