We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with experience in retail, strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and who enjoys working with people. Individuals with a passion for hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities are encouraged to apply! Knowledge of local Maine craft beer is a plus but not required.

Main responsibilities include:
- Educating customers on the value and features of various products
- Ensuring customers have everything they need for a successful hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking trip
- Developing relationships with vendors to bring in the best products to meet our customers needs
- Monitoring inventory levels, inventory turns, and ordering product
- Researching and identifying potential new products and product lines to sell
- Creating and executing unique merchandising to showcase key products and product categories
