S T Plumbing is a growing plumbing contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across Southern California. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, strong client relationships, and competitive bids. As we expand we are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join our team and help us continue to win projects.

Position Overview

The Commercial Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial projects. This role requires strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction plans, specifications, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, deadline driven, and has a stand background commercial construction estimating.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed plumbing estimates
• Preforms material take-offs, labor breakdowns, and cost analysis
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors
• prepare bid proposals, cost summaries, and scope letters
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of estimates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing codes, systems, and industry standards
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam,Trimble, FastPIPE, Planswift, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• excellent math, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

Preferred (but not required)
-Spanish and English speaking
-Background in field plumbing installation is a plus
