Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations safely and efficiently.
Duties:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo following specific safety protocols
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Skills:
- Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Experience operating a Flat bed.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation systems
- Basic automotive repair skills for minor vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures
