Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Leasing Consultant for an on-site position based in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves managing rental inquiries, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, and ensuring timely lease administration. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, fostering positive resident relationships, and promptly addressing resident concerns and requests. The Leasing Consultant will also contribute to resident retention by creating a welcoming atmosphere and improving the overall resident experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling leases, including familiarity with lease administration and compliance requirements.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with prospects and residents.
- Well-organized with attention to detail, especially in managing lease agreements and tenant records.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
