What You’ll Do:
- Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life.
- Use consultative selling techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and actively listening.
- Stay current with the latest vehicle features, technology, and inventory to become a true product expert.
- Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
- Master objection handling and sales strategies to exceed your goals.
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to plan and review sales activities.
- Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team every day.
