Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to identify issues within complex piping networks.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts according to specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools safely and effectively on various job sites.
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow within plumbing systems.
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction, repair, and remodeling projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to interpret technical requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Lift heavy materials safely during construction or repair tasks while maintaining proper ergonomics.
• Use plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues in hard-to-reach areas within pipes or underground systems.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications.
• Skilled in drain cleaning methods and the use of related equipment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing installation and repair.
• Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws.
• Strong understanding of water systems management including maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing issues.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics purposes.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications.
• Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols during remodeling or new builds.
• Handyman skills that support versatile problem-solving across different projects.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
