SCHEDULE FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC ADD-ON INSTALLER:
This full-time position works 8 to10-hour daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, with participation in an on-call rotation.
YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC ADD-ON INSTALLER:
In this position, you'll install heating and cooling equipment to exact specifications, assemble flex and sheet-metal duct systems, and ensure every job meets the high standards S&S Mechanical is known for. You'll build trust, answer questions, and create lasting positive impressions, all while collaborating with a supportive team that values craftsmanship and communication.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 1 years of HVAC experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Mechanical inclination
A high school diploma or equivalent and an EPA Type II certification are preferred.
