COMMERCIAL FOREMAN - PLUMBING COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work Monday through Friday, with occasional required overtime to meet construction deadlines
- Plan daily jobsite activities, strategically delegate tasks, and supervise your crew to ensure they follow all safety standards and quality expectations
- Ensure installations follow blueprints, specifications, technical plans, and local codes/regulations
- Step in as needed to solve problems and remove obstacles that could disrupt progress
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and professionals from other trades to support efficiency and productivity
- Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to help them develop their skills
- Keep track of job materials, equipment, and resources
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR COMMERCIAL FOREMAN - PLUMBING COORDINATOR:
- 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Solid knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasks
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to regularly stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work in active construction environments (trenches, mechanical rooms, and elevated areas)
