Description
S&S Tire is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Memphis area markets. We are looking to add a Will Call/Office Associate to our team. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
- Interact with customers both inside and on the phone
- Follow a structured sales process
- Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands
- Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders
- Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
This is a customer facing position. This Associate will greet service customers, write up their concerns on a work order, dispatch the work to the correct technician. They will make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up and schedule truck services.
Requirements
- Experience in the tire industry.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
- The desire to be an integral part of a TEAM.
- Commitment to being on time.
- Possess sound judgement and decision making ability
- Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management.
- Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
