Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate at Cricket Wireless! In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their wireless needs, providing expert product knowledge, and creating an engaging shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail expertise while helping customers stay connected with the latest technology.
You must be able to work evenings and weekends, pass a drug test/background check, and you must have your own reliable transportation. Must be 18 , high school diploma or GED required.
HOURLY PAY PLUS COMMISSION

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their wireless needs through active listening and product demonstrations, while delivering outstanding customer service in order to retain and gain customers
- Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Conduct product demos to showcase device features, plans, and accessories effectively
- Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with merchandising efforts
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support inventory management by handling stock replenishment and performing basic math for pricing and register balancing
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience or grocery store experience preferred; strong familiarity with retail math and cash register operations is a plus
- Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases are highly valued
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers confidently
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, cash drawer handling, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising practices, and customer service standards
- Strong phone etiquette skills to provide professional assistance over calls or online chats
