Position Overview
The responsibilities of this position will include renting and selling top-of-the-line vapor recovery units to operators and end users primarily in the oil and gas industry. This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Essential Job Functions
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Managing relationships with customers including maintaining current accounts as well as developing new accounts.
- Organizing and leading key account meetings.
- Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Providing ongoing support to customers, answering customer requests and inquiries.
- Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers.
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts.
- Collaborating with the internal sales team to initiate sales, process orders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Process sales orders, quotes, purchase orders, and rental agreements for Vapor Recovery compression equipment.
- Maintain a CRM system with contacts and activity.
- Coordinate and administer the Master Service Agreement process with prospective customers.
- Maintain logistics information for the shipment of lease/rented/sold equipment and field movement of rented equipment.
- Assist with customer business expectations and provide planning estimates for fabrication.
- Assist in maintaining customer expectations and provide assistance to them as needed.
- Perform quality checks on products and services.
- Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement sales strategies.
- Willingness and ability to travel when needed. This job will require travel.
- Other duties and assignments as assigned by Manager.

Must have visual acuity to read and draft reports, memos, letters, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision adequate for the incumbent to perform the responsibilities and functions of the job efficiently. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly. Must be able to lift, pull and push 15lbs minimum.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required.
- Vapor Recovery sales/rental or related experience is preferred.
