Position Description:
The Assistant to the Contract Officer will scan hard copies of contract documents into an Arizona State Parks & Trails (ASPT) database to help digitize all ASPT contracts, deeds, right of way and lease agreements.
This job is estimated to be for four weeks, at 10 hours per week, to scan hard copies of contract documents into a database.
100% onsite, lasting about 1 month until the assignment is completed. This may be extended if needed.
Interviews will be remote.
