Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Type: Full-time / Perm / Hybrid (3 days a week on-site)
Location: Birmingham, AL

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel acquisition and engagement efforts. You’ll build and execute campaigns across digital, events, referrals, and paid media to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and run integrated growth marketing campaigns across email, events, paid media, content, and referral channels.
- Partner with sales & marketing to deliver targeted programs that generate qualified leads and opportunities.
- Build and optimize landing pages, automation workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Manage marketing budgets and identify/test new channels to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver weekly/monthly reporting.
- Travel for conferences, events, and partner activities.
- Manage third-party vendors (design, content, events, etc.) to support campaign execution.
- Strengthen relationships with integration and channel partners to grow referral sources.
- Work directly with business leaders and maintain clear communication with marketing and revenue leadership.
- Quickly escalate marketing issues/risks and contribute to a transparent, collaborative team culture.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years managing multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (email, events, paid ads, content, referrals).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience presenting data-driven insights.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
- Experience building landing pages and updating website content (WordPress preferred).
- Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot (or similar), CRM systems, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
- SaaS experience, ideally within early or mid-stage startups.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience in partner/channel marketing.
- Bonus: Familiarity with accounting firms or engineering consultancies.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
