What you'll handle
- Calendar, scheduling, and reminders across personal and family life
- Travel: flights, hotels, cars, full itineraries, last-minute changes
- Errands, appointments, reservations, deliveries, and household coordination
- Managing vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Bills, subscriptions, and personal paperwork
- Whatever comes up. The job is making the day run without friction.
Who we're looking for
- 2 years as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in high-end hospitality or concierge work
- Based in Miami and able to be on-site and mobile around the city
- Reachable and responsive, including off-hours when something's urgent
- Discreet. You'll be around personal and financial details and they stay private.
- Calm under pressure, fixes problems without being told twice
- Clean driving record and your own car
