Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Strip and change bed linens, make beds, dust furniture, polish fixtures, vacuum floors, and mop surfaces.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub and sanitize sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and tile floors using approved cleaning agents.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish towels, bed linens, toiletries, drinking glasses, and room amenities.
- Maintenance & Safety Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the maintenance or front desk team.
- Guest Service: Respond politely to guest requests (such as extra pillows, blankets, or towels) and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Cart & Area Upkeep: Keep the housekeeping cart organized and wellstocked, and assist with cleaning public or backofhouse areas as assigned.
