Mobility Global is seeking a Compliance Lead Analyst to serve as a core execution and intake lead within its Compliance & Ethics (C&E) function during a critical stand‑up and spin‑out phase. This role is intentionally broad and hands‑on, combining front‑line compliance execution with operational rigor to ensure defensibility, consistency, and scalability.
This position is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys being close to the work, exercising judgment within clear guardrails, and helping shape “how” compliance operates day‑to‑day in a growing organization.

Responsibilities
Ethics & Compliance Intake, Triage & Advisory
- Support design, own, operate, implement, and maintain end-to-end Compliance & Ethics intake, triage, investigations workflows, escalation, documentation and issue closure.
- Serve as a primary intake and triage point for all Compliance & Ethics matters, including Ethics Helpline reports, management referrals, and disclosures; perform initial issue scoping and classification; coordinate routing and follow‑through.
- Provide day‑to‑day C&E advice and guidance on routine ethics and compliance questions; escalate or refer matters to Investigations, HR, Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, or Legal, as appropriate.
- Serve as primary system owner for EthicsPoint (Navex) and related Compliance & Ethics disclosure platforms, including configuration, workflow governance, reporting and audit readiness.
- Analyze and disposition pre‑clearance disclosures, including Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, and trading, coordinating with regulatory SMEs as needed
- Manage investigation and disclosure workflows in the case management system to ensure completeness, consistency, and timeliness
- Support investigations process, including fact gathering, documentation, interview coordination, and case file maintenance with development opportunity to conduct routine compliance investigations end-to-end
- Support Regulatory Compliance and Financial Integrity Program, including sanctions screening and monitoring, third party due diligence, control testing and monitoring
- Support execution and enablement of policy governance, training enablement and culture-of-integrity initiatives to ensure alignment across systems, enforcement and reporting
- Develop ethics programming initiatives, including culture surveys and outreach and awareness campaigns to build speak-up culture
- Maintain high standards of case documentation, data quality, and audit readiness
- Support development and maintenance of workflows, SLAs, templates, and standard operating procedures for C&E processes
- Prepare case summaries, trend reports, and metrics for leadership, audit, and regulatory inquiries
- Act as an execution bridge across Ethics & Investigations, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance & Operations to support flex coverage during workload spikes
- Support Compliance & Ethics risk assessments, audits and regulatory inquiries; maintain documentation demonstrating effective governance and controls
- 7 years of experience in compliance, ethics, investigations, regulatory oversight, or risk management in heavily regulated and/or global, multi-jurisdictional organizations
- Demonstrated experience designing process and performing intake, disclosures, and case execution in a regulated environment
- Strong judgment, problem solving, integrity, and ability to provide practical, risk‑based guidance
- Hands-on experience owning whistleblower hotlines and compliance and investigations case management systems (e.g., NAVEX EthicsPoint) strongly preferred
- A can-do attitude and comfort working independently and in ambiguity, with evolving processes and priorities and with performing other duties as assigned
- Ability to work cross-functionally and establish and build collaborative working relationship across Mobility Global
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready output
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE or equivalent
- Issues are triaged quickly, consistently, and defensibly
- Disclosures and cases are reasoned, thoroughly reviewed, well‑documented and audit‑ready
- The Compliance & Ethics program is approachable, accessible, responsive, and credible to the business
- Programs are designed to avoid single points of failure through execution discipline and cross‑coverage
