As a member of the Federal practice, the Integration Architect will work on an implementation of Oracle Health Millennium and related technologies for a federal government client and be responsible for the integrated clinical and technical/device events, as well as Core events. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions (including model design and the OH iterative methodology) and will also have federal cybersecurity knowledge and/or FSI experience. Prior experience as an Integration Architect with Oracle Health expertise is required.

- Responsible for the domain environment strategy and cross-solution dependencies.
- Assists in triaging testing and go-live issues for resolution by the proper teams.
- Responsible for supporting client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Supports issue logging and resolution.
- Pushes change requests to the change control process and tracks delivery of resolutions and issue closures.
- Ensures the end users are contacted to confirm resolutions are in place satisfactorily.
- Additional responsibilities may include coordinating design, system validation and integration activities across solutions and venues of care.
This role will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the execution of the enterprise/roll out design strategy, specifically including technical/interface integration and device management (BMDI, MDI, etc.)
- Assisting with our InTegrity Playbook creation and maintenance
- Assisting and keeping the team updated of the Domain Management plan and package installations
- Documenting any Organizational Change Management (OCM), testing, and training impacts of technical decisions
Required Skills and Experience
- Oracle Health (Cerner) experience required
- 5 years of related experience required - must have prior experience specifically as an integration architect
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 9 years of related experience can be substituted for a degree)
- Technical/system knowledge requirements: Interoperability, SQL/CCL, Device/Hardware Management, Olympus and Ops Jobs Configuration and Troubleshooting, Data Synchronization and Data Accuracy, Oracle Health Core (Position, Security/Preferences, Locations); Federal cybersecurity/networking experience or Interface/FSI preferred
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
- Ability to tailor communication of complex technical matters for diverse levels of proficiency, positively influence mutually beneficial decisions, as well as build and maintain successful working relationships
- Experience presenting to large groups or key stakeholders preferred
- Federal government experience preferred
- Works remotely with approximately 25-50% travel required
- Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off.
