SNS Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- A/C, Electrical, Plumbing strong technician
- Communicate to the Regional Manager for the scope of work, timeline, and project needs/challenges.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Keep track of inventory
- Order materials
Qualifications
- Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to be standing and walking most of the day
- Own a vehicle and basic tools.
- WhatsApp – Will be used during work ( Mobile app)
- Solid work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Manage time wisely.
