What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at S.N.S Property Management?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of interior remodeling including kitchens, baths, trim, lite plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting.
- Install kitchen cabinets
- Tile shower surrounds and kitchen backsplash
- Install faucets and toilets
- Install light fixtures, ceiling fans and outlet/switches
- Drywall - patch, replace, mud and texture big or small areas
- Hang and install trim including doors and closets
- Order and procure needed materials in a timely manner
- Schedule vendors including flooring, paint and cleaners
- Communicate to Project Manager the scope of work, timeline and project needs/challenges
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Other duties as assigned
- Keep track of inventory
- Order materials
Qualifications
- Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking most of day
- Own a vehicle and basic tools
- Solid work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Manage time wisely

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
