  • Field Investigations & Assessments: Conduct and oversee wetland delineations, stream determinations, mitigation support, ecological assessments, and protected species surveys as needed.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work alongside and mentor technical staff, ensuring safety, quality standards, and operational objectives are met while coordinating with other service lines to support project needs.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide regular project updates, and represent the company in professional and community settings to support business development and visibility.

What You Bring:

  • 10 years' experience that includes at least 3 years of experience with wetland delineations, stream determinations, environmental permitting, mitigation, protected species surveys, and ecological surveys, and previous experience in the southeast U.S.
  • Demonstrated successful team leadership and management at a project level with a good understanding of safety policies/procedures, quality, business metrics, human resources policies/procedures, and risk management concepts
  • GIS experience and/or knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for clients, staff, and regulatory personnel
  • TDEC Qualified Hydrologic Professional certification required for our Tennessee locations
