* What You'll Do
As a valued member of our pediatric therapy team, you will:
- Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Help children develop fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, play, and daily living skills.
- Use engaging, play-based interventions to help children reach developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and other therapy professionals to maximize each child's success.
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies that promote carryover at home.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance with state and payer requirements.
- Monitor progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Create positive, motivating therapy experiences that build confidence and independence.
* What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
✔ Florida Occupational Therapy or COTA License (active)
✔ Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and children
✔ Experience in pediatrics, early intervention, autism, sensory integration, or developmental delays (preferred)
✔ Home Health experience (preferred but not required)
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ A positive attitude and a heart for helping children succeed
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
