Responsibilities

Prepare your station before service with all required equipment, sauces, garnishes, and other chef-specified items.

Ensure smooth and efficient communication between waitstaff and kitchen.

Maintain correct timing and prioritization of orders.

Assist with sauces, garnishes, and final plate touches.

Verify presentation, temperature, and accuracy before sending orders to the dining room.

Work with food runners, servers, and available staff to deliver dishes promptly, preserving peak quality.

Keep your area clean and organized in compliance with sanitation standards.

Relay important updates and instructions between kitchen and service staff with urgency.

Assist with to-go orders and other kitchen needs as required.
Qualifications

At least 1 year in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably as a Food Expeditor.

Strong understanding of health, food safety, and sanitation rules.

Ability to use kitchen equipment, carry multiple dishes, direct others professionally, and multi-task under pressure.
