Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator, based in Bangor, ME. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring the performance, security, and availability of infrastructures. The role also includes configuring and managing network components, as well as collaborating with teams to address IT requirements and develop strategies to optimize technology use.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and active monitoring of IT systems
- Strong ability to perform Troubleshooting and provide Technical Support
- Knowledge and experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Familiarity with hardware configurations, network protocols, and system security
- Strong organizational and communication skills, alongside the ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus
